General Manager

Patrick Keller is General Manager of Bouchon Bakery at Rockefeller Center where he oversees daily operations, staff development and training, sales building and forecasting, maintenance and DOH compliance.

Patrick joined Bouchon Bakery in New York with more than five years experience in restaurant and hospitality management.  Most recently he served as the Store Manager of ‘Witchcraft for both Lincoln Center and TriBeCa locations, where he was responsible for high volume catering and delivery.  He has also held management positions with Two Boots Pizzeria in New York, where he was promoted to General Manager, and Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek, MI. 

Currently a student of New York City’s College of Technology, Hospitality Management program, Patrick holds an Associate in Arts degree from North Central Michigan College in Petoskey, MI.
