Mihailo Miloradovic

General Manager

Mihailo Miloradovic is General Manager of Bouchon Bakery at Rockefeller Center, where he oversees daily operations, staff development and training, sales building and forecasting, maintenance and DOH compliance.

He began his career with the cruise line and yachting industry more than 10 years ago, and has traveled through more than 110 countries, covering all seven continents. While at Seabourn Cruise Line, he held positions in restaurant, guest services and the shore excursion management and was on the team to open Seabourn’s The Grill restaurant by Thomas Keller. Mihailo’s most recent role was as the Food & Beverage Manager in the Plaza Hotel in New York City. 

A graduate of John Naisbitt American University in Belgrade, Serbia, he studied marketing and management. 

Mihailo is excited to begin his journey at Bouchon Bakery and be part of a team that is executing Chef Thomas Keller’s vision.
