Eric PratoHead Sommelier / Beverage Manager
Eric Prato directs the beverage program and works with the culinary team to curate beverage selections that complement Bouchon’s classic bistro cuisine. Having spent four years as a Bouchon Sommelier, he has a deep understanding of both wine and our menu.
Before joining the Bouchon team, Eric held many positions in the Las Vegas hospitality industry. Beginning as a Bartender at The Old Spaghetti Factory, he worked his way through the ranks to become Lead Concierge at Mandalay Bay while studying for his Sommelier certification.
Eric studied Hospitality Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
