In March 2019, Chef Thomas Keller opened the third New York location of his signature Bouchon Bakery at Hudson Yards.
Like its sister properties, Bouchon Bakery at Hudson Yards offers Keller’s unique twist on traditional French boulangerie fare. The menu includes a wide selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and viennoiserie. On the sweeter side, the Bakery presents an assortment of classic desserts including cookies, tarts, traditional French pastries, and confections. The catering department can customize its offerings to satisfy a variety of needs, from weddings to corporate functions. And as all bread is mixed, rolled, and baked onsite, guests are welcome to watch our bakers at work throughout the day.
Designed by premier restaurant designer Adam D. Tihany of Tihany Design, Bouchon Bakery at Hudson Yards is at the heart of New York City’s newest neighborhood. Hand-painted murals by French artist Paulin Paris adorn the walls above the retail area, echoing elements of Keller’s acclaimed Bouchon restaurants in Yountville, California and Las Vegas.
