As general manager of Bouchon in Las Vegas, Aaron Pannell is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant and bakery. In addition to overseeing all planning, organizing, and employee mentoring and training, he works with Chef de Cuisine Josh Crain to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Aaron first joined Bouchon in 2012 as a dining room server in Las Vegas. He was quickly promoted to a supervisor role, followed by private dining manager, and most recently the assistant general manager.
Prior to joining Bouchon, Aaron held several management positions with restaurants including Capo’s Italian Steakhouse in Las Vegas and Lynch Street Bistro in St. Louis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Green and Sustainable Enterprise Management from the University of Phoenix – Las Vegas.
